FreeG Parkour encourages participants to use traditional gymnastics equipment in new ways.
It draws on influences from martial arts, free-running, parkour, tricking gets the body moving in ways never thought possible!
This session will get participant’s heart racing and develop a heightened sense of spatial awareness.
