    1. Are you a Queensland resident? * You must be a Queensland resident to be eligible to apply.
    2. Are you 18–25 years old as at 16 September 2023? * You must be 18–25 years old to be eligible to apply.
    3. Have you previously attended the program? * Previous participants of the program are not eligible to apply.
    4. Do you identify as any of the following? * The program is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants only.
    5. Are you available to participate in the whole program in Brisbane from Saturday 16 September to Friday 22 September 2023? * This is a residential program, meaning it is compulsory for all participants to stay at the designated venue for the duration of the program and attend all group activities and dinners.

The Department of Environment and Science is collecting your personal information for the purpose of assessing your suitability and eligibility to participate in the 2023 Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program. This information will be given to members of the judging panel which may include representatives of the Department of Environment and Science, other Queensland Government departments and program sponsors. If selected, your personal information may be given to service providers for the purposes of securing accessible accommodation and facilities throughout the Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program. Your personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed, unless required to do so by law. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).
