Available funding

The Australia–China Science and Research Fund (ACSRF), supports strategic science, technology and innovation collaboration of mutual benefit to Australia and China through:

  • joint research centres
  • Australia-China Science Academies Symposia Series, and
  • the Young Scientist Exchange Programme.

The aim of the Queensland–Chinese Academy of Sciences Collaborative Science Fund (Q-CAS) is to encourage significant scientific and technical research collaborations that will deliver economic, social and environmental benefits for Queensland and China.

Under the Advance Queensland Global Partnership Awards, the Queensland–Ministry of Science and Technology’s Commercialisation Partnership Program encourages Queensland–based start-up companies and research institutions to gain valuable experience in Chinese incubators.
