About the Artist in Residence Science Program

The Artist in Residence Science program connects artists and creative practitioners to the diverse science networks, researchers, data and infrastructure in the Department.

2019 Artist in Residence Science Mural Project

The 2019 Artist in Residence Science Mural Project involves a short residency, concept development and mural installation managed by the Science and Technology Division  in collaboration with Dutton Park State School.

2017–2018 Artist in Residence Science residency

The 2017–2018 Artist in Residence Science residency was a seven-month voluntary residency managed by the Science and Technology Division.

2016 Artist in Residence Science residency

The 2016 Artist in Residence Science residency was a three-month voluntary residency managed by the Science Division in consultation with Arts Queensland.

2015 Artist in Residence Science residency

The 2015 Artist in Residence Science program was a six-month voluntary residency held at the Ecosciences Precinct, Dutton Park.
