Queensland Government

The centre conducts a wide range of basic and applied research and communicates research results to assist the Queensland Academy of Sport to develop elite Queensland athletes, teams, and coaches. Research support is provided at an institutional level through project, fellowship and scholarship support, with sport science encompassing a wide range of disciplines such as biomechanics, engineering, medicine, nutrition, physiology, physiotherapy, psychology and management.
