Due to the temporary population increase in central Surfers Paradise during Schoolies week, road closures are needed to ensure the safety of all pedestrians.

Residents who cannot access their building during the closures will be offered alternative car parking.

Due to the temporary population increase in central Surfers Paradise during Schoolies week, road closures are needed to ensure the safety of all pedestrians.

Residents who cannot access their building during the closures will be offered alternative car parking. Please speak with your Building Manager or call the Safer Schoolies Hotline on 13 QGOV (13 74 68) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you have any queries.

Intermittent closures will take place along The Esplanade (between Elkhorn Avenue and Laycock Street) on Thursday 10 November, and from Monday 14 November until Tuesday 29 November 2022.

Other road closures may be implemented by Queensland Police Service as required.
