An application has been received for the entry in the Queensland Heritage Register of the following as a State Heritage Place: Heritage Register Number (HRN): 650277 LEUT Bedwell’s Hydrographic Survey Bench Mark, Bayswater Court, Sandstone Point.

Queensland Heritage Register application

Under the provisions of s.39 of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992, the Department of Environment and Science (the department) gives public notice that an application has been received for the entry in the Queensland Heritage Register of the following as a State Heritage Place:

Heritage Register Number (HRN): 650277
LEUT Bedwell’s Hydrographic Survey Bench Mark
Bayswater Court, Sandstone Point

Application

A copy of the application can be viewed, for a period of 20 business days, on the Queensland Government website or by contacting the department’s Heritage Branch on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).

Any person or entity may write a submission to the chief executive about this application. Submissions must be made on the basis that this place either does or does not satisfy the cultural heritage criteria.
