An application has been received for the entry in the Queensland Heritage Register of the following as a State Heritage Place: Heritage Register Number (HRN): 650282 Atherton Arboretum, 47-67 Maunds Road, Atherton

Under the provisions of s.39 of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992, the Department of Environment and Science (the department) gives public notice that an application has been received for the entry in the Queensland Heritage Register of the following as a State Heritage Place:

Heritage Register Number (HRN): 650282
Atherton Arboretum
47-67 Maunds Road, Atherton

Any person or entity may write a submission to the chief executive about this application. Submissions must be made on the basis that this place either does or does not satisfy the cultural heritage criteria.

A copy of the application can be viewed, on the Queensland Heritage Register applications or by contacting the department’s Heritage Branch on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
