Anzac Park Memorial Pool (formerly the site of The Returned Soldiers’ Memorial Baths)—Heritage Register application

Under the provisions of s.39 of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992, the Department of Environment and Science (the department) gives public notice that an application has been received for the entry in the Queensland Heritage Register of the following as a State Heritage Place:

Heritage Register Number (HRN): 650278
Anzac Park Memorial Pool (formerly the site of The Returned Soldiers’ Memorial Baths)
19 Quay Street
Bundaberg

Any person or entity may write a submission to the chief executive about this application. Submissions must be made on the basis that this place either does or does not satisfy the cultural heritage criteria.

A copy of the application can be viewed, for a period of 20 business days, on the Queensland Government website or by contacting the department’s Heritage Branch on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
