Notice of Minister’s Intention to Appoint Grantee
The Minister for the Environment and the Great Barrier Reef and Minister for Science and Youth Affairs intends to appoint:
Ipima Ikaya Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC ICN 8114 as grantee of:
Lot 26 DP189913, lot 3, 13 DP269684, lot 4 SP292288 and lot 1, 2 DP320131
The proposed Grantee will hold the land for the native title holders of the land pursuant to section 39 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.
Ipima Ikaya Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC ICN 8114 as grantee of:
Lot 2 DP161893, lot 7 SP241439, lot 14 SP241441, lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 SP269702 and lot 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 DP269684
The proposed Grantee will hold the land in trust for the benefit of Aboriginal people particularly concerned with the land, their ancestors and descendants, pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.
Atambaya Aboriginal Corporation ICN 8699 as grantee of:
Lot 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 26, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 DP269684
The proposed Grantee will hold the land in trust for the benefit of Aboriginal people particularly concerned with the land, their ancestors and descendants, pursuant to section 40 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991.
