Fees and services—Coastal plan - coastal management district - digital data for download
Coastal management districts are established under the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 (Coastal Act). Coastal management districts are also referenced under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 to trigger assessable development and the concurrence referral of certain development application types to the Department of Environment and Resource Management.
