Commercial activity agreements are an alternative method for authorising a commercial activity or tourist program in a DERM-managed area. Agreements can provide commercial operators with longer tenure of access to an area in return for a financial or in-kind contribution to park management. If you are considering entering into a commercial activity agreement you will need to contact the us to discuss your proposed activities to see if an agreement is an option for your commercial activity.
