Fees and services—Fort Lytton guided tour charge - adult

Fort Lytton is an important historic site. Built in 1881 and used for the defence of Brisbane until the end of the Second World War. The fort is open every Sunday and most public holidays from 10 am and 4 pm. Bookings are not required for tours except if a specific times a tour is required. The first tour is at 10.30 am and the last tour is at 2.00 pm. Fort Lytton is closed to the general public on weekdays but group tours can be arranged by contacting the Fort Lytton National Park office.
