Carnarvon Gorge national park campground hosts

Help rangers greet visitors and maintain visitor facilities in return for free camping in one of Queensland’s most iconic national parks.

This project involves:
- Campground hosting
- General park duties and/or maintenance
Training will be provided.
A low to moderate level of fitness is required.
One volunteer must have a senior first aid certificate. Suits volunteers with great interpersonal skills and who enjoy talking with people.
Hosts are required onsite for 2 weeks duration. Volunteers need to enjoy camping, be self-sufficient and equipped to camp in all weather conditions.
