Case study: Guymer Bailey Architects
As a Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland ecoBiz participant, Guymer Bailey Architects have redesigned their office space to adapt to their changing business and demonstrate their passion for the environment.
Guymer Bailey Architects have been able to reduce energy waste and water whilst increasing their collaborative space and connection to their outdoor through a number of company policy and behaviour changes, retrofits and passive architectural choices. These including introducing replacing office lighting with LED lights in conjunction with timers and sensors, and introducing a green purchasing policy.
